Alumni from Shidler District 11 met in the auditorium of the Shidler High School, October 8, 1960, for the purpose of electing officers and organizing an alumni association to meet annually.

Jerry Harbeson, Shidler, was elected President; Warren Argo, Borger, Texas, Vice-President; and Dorothy Vann Rhoten, Oklahoma City, Secretary/Treasurer.

Wilma Dobkins made a motion that dues for the Association be set at $1.00 per person per year. This motion was seconded and approved.

Graduates of classes from 1927 to 1959 were recognized.

After some discussion, it was decided that the President with a local committee would work out details for alumni activities when the date for the Homecoming football game was announced.

Meeting was adjourned.
